Interval Workout Timer TMR05-G

What’s good with it, is that it has a guide on top of the timer discussing step-by-step guide on how to program it, so no use of dragging the manual. The instructions are short, but very descriptive. Another thing is that it’s a piece of cake to operate because of its large screen and key layout.

This gadget is pretty convenient if you are in a gym or a fitness club, where you can mount it on equipment and walls, but if you will be on the go, running on the track for example, you may need to look for a way to attach it to your clothing cozily.

A disadvantage though about the Interval Workout Timer TMR05-G Grey is that you can only increment the time upward, so if you miss your second, you have to cycle through or turn off the timer and start again. And you have to repeat the process whenever you turn on the timer.

The timer has volume control where you can adjust the volume or disable the beeps. Even if the volume is on mute, the timer still works and will keep track of the time. When the alarm goes off, you can still see the flashes of LED Light.

The Interval Workout Timer TMR05-G Grey works as advertised and exactly as intended. It is pretty convenient in the fact that it can go up to 90 minutes for training intervals, and can go as much as 59 maximum intervals. For $25.05, this is a reasonable price for people who are training for Wrestling, Boxing, Martial Arts, Fitness, Mixed Martial Arts, High-Intensity Interval Training, Endurance, Strength, and it definitely helps with interval/circuit training.
